About Lysefjord Kayak Safari

On this journey we’ll pass big waterfalls, venture into Vagabond’s Cave, see Preikestolen from below, and with a bit of luck some of the local wildlife.

We’ll welcome you in the parking lot next to our kayak container at the time of the booking. Here you will be given a brief introduction and safety briefing. Afterwards you depart from the beach and we’ll paddle further into the fjord.

During your kayaking you can enjoy the scenery over the dramatic cliffs on the other side of the fjord. As a highlight of this tour, we’ll stop for lunch at a small secluded spot within the fjord. From there we’ll have an amazing view of the fjord, Preikestolen and two big waterfalls, which we’ll pass later on.
You can of course bring your own lunch or order a delicious lunch from the local bakery directly with your booking.
